This policy explains what personal data is processed when you use this website. The controller is the operator named in the Imprint. Privacy requests: [email protected].

1. Hosting, delivery & Cloudflare

The site runs on our own server infrastructure. Public access is provided via Cloudflare (Tunnel / CDN / DDoS protection). When you visit, Cloudflare and our server process connection data such as IP address, time, requested URL, and browser type. Purpose: secure delivery and operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process data in the EU/EEA and, where applicable, in the USA under appropriate safeguards.

2. Cart (localStorage, no tracking cookies)

The shopping cart is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). It is not sent to our server. We do not set marketing, analytics, or advertising cookies.

3. Purchase & download via Payhip

When you click "Buy Now" or "Checkout", you are redirected to Payhip (payment and file download). Payhip processes data required for the contract, payment, and download (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Payhip’s privacy policy applies on their pages. Payment providers used by Payhip (e.g. PayPal, card processors) act under their own terms.

4. Fonts & scripts

Fonts are embedded via Next.js at build time and served from this domain. JavaScript and styles come from this website. We do not embed YouTube, SoundCloud, or analytics on the shop pages. Product previews use local audio files; playback starts only after you click play.

5. Contact by email

If you email us, we process your address and message content to handle the request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).

6. External links

Links to Instagram or Payhip lead to third-party services. Those providers are responsible for their own content and processing.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may in particular request:

• access, rectification, erasure
• restriction of processing
• data portability
• objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR
• complaint to a supervisory authority

9. Cookie banner

Because we do not use non-essential cookies for analytics or ads, a consent banner is not required for this site. Technically necessary storage (cart in localStorage) is used only for the shop.
